Brief History Of Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital School Of Nursing
The Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, formerly known as the Institute of Health, was established in 1968. The institute of Health which transformed into Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital was established in accordance with statute 15 of the university law (Amendment Act Schedule 16) by the former northern Nigeria government with the objective of providing facilities for the training of doctors, nursing and other medical personnel. Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Zaria is presently being run by a board, established by decree No. 10 of 1985 and it comprises the chief executive (chief medical director) and the following statutory officers. The Chairman, the Medical Advisory Committee, the Director of Administration, the Director of Finance and Supplies, and the chief internal auditor.

- A Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number will be generated on the page

(I) To pay online (Master/Visa/Internet Banking) CLICK on PayViaREMITA and follow the online guide. (After paying just refresh your page and continue from step-12)
(II) To pay through a Bank Branch, print your Transaction-slip or copy the Number and proceed to any Commercial bank of your choice (Make sure the RRR Number appears on the slip before printing and going to the bank) - After payment come back to the portal www.apply.abuth.gov.ng
- Click on LOGIN and enter the LOGIN ID and PASSWORD you created at step-3
- Fill in all your details (Biodata, contact details, Next of kin, Qualifications(OLevel & ALevel)
- Click on MY FORMS from your profile menu and select SUBMIT APPLICATION on the right
- Make sure you agree with the terms and conditions by checking the box at the bottom of your submit-form details, then Finally Submit
